This contract involved the bulk excavation and disposal of almost 30,000m³ of material off-site to licensed facility. The works involved the installation of all drainage on the scheme ranging from 1200mm concrete pipework to 150mm pvc pipes, all ducting and trenching for services, foundation excavation and pouring and all site finishes.

McMackin completed all kerbing, paving and timber CB fencing, landscaping (both seed & rolled grass) around the site.
There were 57 number of houses in total and Mc Mackin completed all setting out of the houses. The housing development was built on a split level site, Mc Mackin completed all retaining walls and relevant drainage. The site began as block built houses, however changed to timber-frame which involved a quicker turnaround of completed works.

McMackin completed all houses to finished floor level and ready for timber frames.
