Mc Mackin Contracts were the Main Contractor on this project which included the construction of:

• Two machinery stores with workshops
• Chemical stores
• Vehicle wash bays
• A mezzanine floor for storage
• An external courtyard, and a fuel tank with pumps.

Construction techniques included piled, pad and strip foundations, reinforced concrete floor slabs, structural steel framing, blockwork walls, reinforced concrete capping beams and walls, as well as various other mechanical and electrical works.
