McMackin Contracts package includes Enabling works, site set up inc compound, site drainage, site security and Welfare facilities. Main works include Bulk Earthworks and disposal off-site of approx. 6,000m³ and prep area for new Precast Concrete Water Storage Tank. Construction of Concrete Welfare Building and forming access roads etc. McMackin Contracts will also provide attendances for Carlow Precast who are installing precast tank. 

Works also include demolition and disposal of existing blockwork pump building and tank. 

McMackin Contracts Site Engineer is responsible for all dimensional control and setting out of works via GPS.
